I have written a number of publications to assist teachers to educate students in the area of conflict resolution skills and building self esteem. In the resources available on this site I have attempted to bring together some of the learnings I have experienced as a conflict resolution consultant to the educational community.
Many school leaders and teachers have continually demonstrated to me their incredible desire to educate our young to create a better world for them to live in and by presenting the material offered on this site I try to assist and educate our youth to be more effective conflict resolvers with high self esteem.
Our society needs young skilled people to build a better future for all of us and when teachers become more effective communicators and conflict resolvers we are also setting the foundation to train our youth and therefore our future society.
All of us can improve our own personal skills to make the living of life a more joyful experience for many, rather then a few.
